"Just a cat? I'll have you dead!"

Driven to the brink, Tu Kacha recklessly unleashed the Flying Head Curse. His entire head, trailing a long string of visceral organs, detached from his body and lunged at Master Bear.

"Kid Fu, what are you standing there for? Get these nuisances out of here, fast!" Master Bear roared, then let out a sharp yowl and pounced, engaging the transformed Tu Kacha in combat.

As it stood, Master Bear’s strength seemed evenly matched with Tu Kacha’s, perhaps even a fraction higher, but defeating him in the short term would be difficult.

Fu Yang gritted his teeth and turned to run toward Tang Li.

"President Tang, you’ve seen the situation. I'm afraid you can't help here; take these bosses and leave immediately! I have to go help Master Bear—that is, the big fat cat."

He turned to leave, but Tang Li suddenly grabbed his hand.

"What about you? Come with us."

The usually decisive and cool-headed female CEO displayed a rare moment of tenderness, clutching Fu Yang's hand with an almost pleading tone.

Fu Yang froze for a moment.

"President Tang, I can't abandon that guy. Go! If you don't leave now, it'll be too late."

Having said this, Fu Yang shouted at the wealthy businessmen huddled in the corner. These were men of firm resolve; they thanked Fu Yang repeatedly and hurried away, pulling Tang Li along with them. After all, people of their social standing might be shocked by supernatural combat, but they were not incapable of reason. They knew full well that staying would only make them a burden—and they were the original targets of this conspiracy anyway.

Seeing the bosses scramble out of the VIP room, Fu Yang finally exhaled. He turned back, looked at Master Bear and Tu Kacha locked in a fierce struggle, and immediately joined the fray.

"Kid Fu, why didn't you leave?"

"I heard sorcerers love to roast fat things, so I was worried about you and came back to check."

"Go to hell..."

Man and cat traded barbs while battling Tu Kacha!

Fu Yang could tell that the Flying Head Curse was more potent than last time; the surface of the organs trailing from the head seemed tougher, likely from having secretly consumed human blood. Master Bear’s claws were sharp enough to leave bloody gashes whenever they connected, causing Tu Kacha to shriek—after all, those were his own internal organs!

"Hundred-Flower Flying Head Curse!"

Tu Kacha unleashed his terrifying dark art once more. A massive cloud of red, bloody mist gurgled forth, saturating the area. Tables and chairs in the VIP room began to hiss and corrode the moment they touched the mist, a truly horrifying sight. Within the fog, the distorted faces of vengeful spirits bobbed and weaved, emitting bone-chilling screams.

"Watch out, Master Bear! This Hundred-Flower Flying Head Curse is dangerous. Those blood mists and ghost heads are incredibly aggressive," Fu Yang warned loudly, terrified that Master Bear might get overconfident and accidentally touch them.

The fat cat dodged, scoffing, "Afraid of what? These barbarian dark arts are just poor imitations of the southern mystical arts of my Huaxia. 'Flying Head Curse'? It’s clearly just a simplified version of the 'Chang Ghost' technique. What an idiot..."

*Chang Ghost technique?* Fu Yang was struck by the name; it sounded incredibly imposing.

Despite the bravado, Master Bear moved with agile grace, careful to avoid the highly corrosive mist. His rotund, spherical body bounced around the room like a ball, creating a somewhat comical contrast to the grim atmosphere.

*Woooo, woooo...*

The Flying Head Curse released wailing ghost heads, which surged toward Master Bear wrapped in thick layers of bloody mist. Tu Kacha knew the greatest threat was this strange, talking cat-demon. As for Fu Yang, his petty spells were of no concern. He focused all his energy on the duel with Master Bear, while the ghost heads and mist effortlessly deflected the talismans Fu Yang fired from the rear.

"Damn it! This thing is truly persistent. If I were at my true strength, a single breath would wipe out trash like this!" Master Bear darted around the room, dodging the curse, occasionally letting out frustrated "meows" while continuing to boast. His instinct for posturing was truly ingrained!

*Oops.*

Master Bear accidentally jumped onto a chair, but his weight caused it to collapse instantly. *Splat!* He landed on the carpet.

Tu Kacha rejoiced! "Die!"

He opened his mouth and spat out a massive wave of blood mist along with four or five ghost heads.

"Master Bear!"

Fu Yang, nervous to the core, grabbed a tea table with all his might and hurled it at the cursed entity.

Tu Kacha didn't even turn his head. The disgusting intestines and organs trailing beneath the Flying Head acted like octopus tentacles, curling back to catch the flying table before hurling it right back. Fu Yang had to scramble to dodge.

"Meow! You stupid sorcerer, you've angered me! I've decided to shove a twenty-pound catfish up your ass!"

Master Bear roared, his two furry little paws swiping with force. Two three-foot-long grey claw shadows manifested out of thin air, crashing into the blood mist and ghost heads. After shredding them entirely, the remaining force surged toward Tu Kacha, slicing off the two iron-hard intestines trailing beneath his head. They fell to the ground with a wet thud, and a foul, bloody stench immediately filled the air.

"Ugh, that stinks! You dog-brained freak, what do you eat on a daily basis?" Master Bear covered his nose in disgust, then shouted to Fu Yang, "Kid, it’s time to use your real strength! What are you staring at? Do you have an ultimate move or not?"

"I do!"

"Good, I'll pin him down, you get ready."

Master Bear charged back in. With his intestines severed, Tu Kacha felt a piercing, agonizing pain. However, a practitioner of such a terrifying art naturally possessed ways to staunch blood and numb pain. The severed intestines began to knit themselves back together, retreating into the mass of organs.

"By the mandate of the law, the Three Pure Ones grant me power! Maoshan Spirit-Summoning Talisman: Giant Spirit Finger!"

Because Master Bear was keeping the enemy occupied, Fu Yang had enough time to chant the entire incantation. He held two cinnabar-drawn talismans between his fingers, crossing them over his chest. As he chanted each word, light pulsed along the cinnabar patterns on the paper. Within a three-foot radius of him, a fierce wind whipped up, whistling so loudly it rattled the curtains.

The Giant Spirit Finger was a renowned offensive technique of Maoshan. Theoretically, only a fully ordained Daoist could use it, yet Fu Yang was channeling it now...
